Tokaj (Hungary)
Frank DietrichThese bottles of Tokaji wine are stacked in the cellar of the Disznók estate for mid-term storage. The number 5 designates that it took 5 baskets (puttonyos)of grapes to make this sweet wine. Rule of thumb is: the higher the number, the sweeter the wine. This one is a 1998 vintage and can be stored easily for more than 20 to 30 years. visit: Additional Link | Pixo Profile Submitted on: November 23, 2004 |

Essaouira (Morocco)
Anne van der VaartIn the harbour of Essaouira, at the end of every working-day, you will find an astonishing number of fishingboats. All painted this particular shade of pale-blue, all wearing the hand of Fatma for protection. Row after row after row... a beautiful sight! visit: Homepage | Pixo Profile Submitted on: December 8, 2004 |
